Return Eligibility
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
3. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
4. Power tools that have been used or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
5. Customized or special order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Consumable items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items
- Personalized or custom items
Return Process
1. To start a return, you can contact us at info@mintial.shop, please provide customer support with your Full Name, Email, and Order number and briefly describe the reason why you want to return the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return shipping label within 2-4 business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Re-pack your product safely and securely attaches the provided order number to the package and send us the returning products to the Return address given to you by our customer support team. Please note, that we will only be able to accept returned products only if they will have the order number attached and are sent to our indicated Returns address. (The package must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories and user manuals attached.)
3. Send us the tracking number of the returning parcel and your order number. Returns without tracking numbers might be refused by our warehouse, please make sure to use registered mail or other trackable shipment method and don’t forget to provide us with the tracking number.
4. After our warehouse receives your return, we will evaluate the contents of your package and decide whether to issue a refund. Once we complete the assessment, we will issue your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return address

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn’t receive it, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the post office to find the package.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at info@mintial.shop.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge the restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund
Once we receive and check the returned items:
For items in line with our return policy, We will process a full refund within 2 working days. Once your refund has been processed, we will inform you by email. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your payment institution to process and post your refund.
Warranty Claims
For issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty after the 30-day return period, please refer to our separate Warranty Policy.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
